  1. Eligibility for Returns 
    To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 

 

 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must remain attached.
  • Items marked as final sale, limited drops, or custom pieces are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

 

 

 

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will send you a return instructions email.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

 


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

 


4. Refunds

 

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

 


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged/incorrect items.


5. Exchanges

 

 

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

 

If you want a different size or item, please:

  1. Return your original item following the steps above.
  2. Place a new order through our website.


6. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

 

The following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Limited-edition or exclusive drop items
  • Custom or personalized pieces


7. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can be canceled or changed only if requested within 2 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, changes cannot be made.
