At Tristiq, we work to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.



1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, such as new drops, holidays, or restocks.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has shipped.



2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times


Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier availability.


Typical delivery windows:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

International: 7–21 business days, depending on region and customs


Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.



3. Tracking Your Order


Once your order ships:

You will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, this is common during carrier transit delays.



4. Shipping Delays & Issues


Tristiq is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carriers

Weather conditions

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customs processing (for international orders)


Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery is outside of our control.



5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages


Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

Please check with neighbors or household members.

Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.


Tristiq is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with:

Your order number

Photos of the packaging and damaged item


We will assist with a replacement or resolution.



6. Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

You will be contacted to update the address.

Additional shipping fees may apply.


Tristiq is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.



7. International Shipping Policies


For international customers:

Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are not included in our prices.

These fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may cause delays outside of estimated delivery times.



8. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops


Certain items may be offered as pre-orders or limited drops. Processing and shipping times for these items will be clearly stated on the product page.


Pre-order dates are estimates and may shift depending on production schedules.
